Good value
I found a similar product that costs literally eight times as much as this one. I don’t know how the quality compares to that one, but when I can replace it eight times for the same money. . . and it’s nice that each piece can be replaced separately, or you can add to your set.The lined storage is a nice feature. The backs and legs are easy to put on, the rest is assembled. Each piece even comes with a decent screwdriver, which is the only tool you need. Since I bought a set, it seems a little wasteful to send that many screwdrivers though. I wish the legs were wood instead of plastic. It’s easy to wipe pet hair off of the velvet with a dry cloth, and a slightly damp washcloth cleaned up a soda spill just fine. It didn’t even soak in before I wiped it off.The seats are a bit firm, but the one I sit on the most is starting to soften some. I’m pretty short (5’3″) my feet sit flat on the floor. I’m not sure how I feel about the adjustable backs. They don’t lay out flat, so you don’t really get that extra space for sleeping, but the seat itself is deeper, so it still works for okay for a nap. The backs are a little too easy to move, don’t plan on them catching you if you fall against them (trust me, they don’t).Each piece is very lightweight, so I can move them myself. There is a separate metal piece that just slides into pre-drilled holes to join the pieces together if you want to. I didn’t join them at first, but I have a hard floor in my living room, so they didn’t stay in place without being tied together. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase.

Four small fabric squares
This item is four fabric squares, each about three inches square. The fabric is all the same, only the color differs. We did need some way to evaluate the fabric before buying the furniture. This item is overpriced. At very least, the seller should offer a refund when the furniture is purchased, but they did not.

Good looking, pretty comfortable and nice to have the xtra storage
I am short and it is nice to find a couch where the bottom cushions are short enough that I can sit all the way back against the back cushions and still have my legs bent down at the knee in a normal sitting position.The backs recline but, to readjust the recline angle, you have to push it to its maximum recline and then bring it forward again. As I have it up against a wall few inches out, there isn’t room to do that. As a result some of the sections end up partially reclined as people fiddle with them and others not and there is no way to readjust the recline without pulling the couch out from the wall.The separate back cushions are comfortable but aren’t holding their shape (sort of squashing down a bit). That’s a mixed blessing in that they are then more comfortable but not as pristine looking as new. The bottom cushions are only foam. We will see how they hold up. My experience with foam cushions it that foam looses its support with time and wear.Each section comes as a bottom unit and back that bolts on to either the back or a side. Pretty straight forward and easy to assemble. The sections are held together with bars with pins on either end which drop into pre-drilled holes. Easy, but the fit is a bit loose so the sections can move out of alignment a little.I don’t see any safety information tags so I am not sure about fireproofing or whether the materials could cause allergic reactions to people. Cleaning instructions are to just vacuum and wipe with a damp cloth. Stain removal might be an issue.Needless to say, the extra storage is great to have.Since they look great and are comfortable, I am quite happy with them.

Good couches
I researched alot before buying . I love that each seat has storage and they seem very sturdy. I thought one of the recliners was broken but it started working and I thought I broke another but that also fixed itself somehow. I gave 4 stars for comfort – based on the reviews I read before purchasing I knew that they would be a bit uncomfortable and was prepared for that- they are very comfortable but I wish the seat was a bit deeper/taller so that it would be more comfortable when you are sitting straight. I bought lumbar pillows to help with back and neck support depending on seating position. They are super easy to move around and connect into different “shapes” which is the main reason we got these couches – we had one 3 seat couch before this and the 4 of us did not fit comfortably- with these couches we position them 4 wide and 2 deep and we each can have a comfy seat with our feet up to watch movies and have plenty of space. I have a small living room and these couches fit perfect and make the living room look bigger. Each section comes in its own box so very ideal for a walk up apartment – we are on the 3rd floor and our stairs are narrow- it was hard getting our old Ikea couch boxes up the stairs so we knew we needed something that was in pieces. I’ve slept on it a few times and thats comfy- might need a topper if planning to sleep multiple nights . Overall I love these couches and they fit my needs.

Loved it
We just moved and are in a budget. I got this and I LOVED IT! The color is actually hard to describe, sometimes looks grey, sometimes looks beige. But I like it anyway… the only thing to have in mind is that the seating space is a bit small, other than that, I would recommend it!

It’s Everything We Wanted!
I was very scared to buy a sectional online, since the last one we bought (from another company) was trash. Me and my Husband are tall, so I was looking at the measurements for something more our size, and this fit our living room and bodies to a T!! This couch is sturdy, very soft & comfortable, and we both can cuddle up on it without hanging off the ledge. Plenty of room! Plus we can store extra blankets or pillows inside the units. It’s perfect, and I would purchase this couch again in the future!

Fabulous Sectional
This is a fabulous sectional. Fabric is beautiful and soft. Great cushioning. Easy to put together. There are also attachments to hold the sections together so they don’t slide around. They will come in multiple boxes. Super happy with it.

This couch is AMAZING!
We are so so pleased with this purchase, we have a very narrow basement room with low clearance going down the stairs. This has made it almost impossible to have a good couch down there with plenty of seating. I came across this listing and was nervous about ordering a couch from Amazon, but I was wrong. This couch is exactly what we needed, it has so much seating and since it’s Modular it fits our basement perfectly! It arrived with in 3 days of us ordering in multiple boxes which made it easy to move down stairs! It was super user friendly to put together and now we have a ton of storage, you also can’t beat the price! I am so happy with this order!

Modern and affordable
This set is super easy to assemble, took 2 people less than an hour. Arrived sooner than expected and is stylish and modern, large enough for movie night for 5 adults. Cushions are a little firm but comfortable, I’m sure they will get softer with time. I am completely happy with this sofa, took a chance ordering a sofa online, but very glad the reviews were on point! So happy… I just ordered another ottoman!!

GREAT furniture and the BEST customer service!
I absolutely love this modular sofa system! It is so comfortable and versatile. The velvet is smooth and feels luxurious. I have made a bed with all sections together and slept like a baby, just need to make sure you have the prongs in so the sections don’t separate…lol. Due to FedEx poor service, some of the units were damaged and the seller replaced them quickly and followed up to ensure that I was happy with the units. Oh, I’m a 65 yo woman and assembled by myself — it’s so easy. You can use a fabric steamer to release the wrinkles in the cushions due to shipping. I’m a very happy customer.

Gorgeous color/easy to assemble
The green color is gorgeous. It’s like a jade/emerald green. It’s super comfortable as well. You don’t sink into it, it’s nice and firm but not stiff. The back is low but I don’t mind it. If you’re looking for a couch to sink deep into, keep looking, this isn’t that couch. It takes maybe 5 minutes to assemble each piece. I did it by myself and I’m not a particularly handy person. I love how many arrangements can be made from it. First impression is a big thumbs up. I’ll revisit this review in a few months to update how it holds up.

Amazing! Pet AND kid friendly!
This couch was so easy to put together. Came in multiple boxes with all the appropriate tools and hardware. We ordered both the couch and extra pieces. No color difference or issues lining them up.Now the real reason I’m here reviewing – we have two long haired dogs and two cats AND two kids. Nothing sticks to this couch. Hair doesn’t stick, vacuums right off. No static cling.I also just cleaned up red Gatorade off the cushion with NO stain. That’s right. Not even a hint of the bright red skin staining drink.We cannot say enough about this couch.I would highly recommend for anyone with pets or kids! The storage compartments are also amazing for game/puzzle/blanket storage.

Worth your money (long review)
When I looked through the different couches for saleon Amazon I was pretty disappointed in what I saw when it came to review photos of the couches themselves when it came to cushion thickness or how the couches themselves just looked cheap and thrown together. The reviews on this couch were the best I’d seen and I took a chance and bought the couch. It was VERY easy to build and the fabric is soft yet sturdy, but the part I’m happiest about is the cushions and back pillows are not thin. They’re well stuffed and very comfortable to relax on, and the arms/back of the couch folding out is a plus and comfortable. I’m already thinking of buying more pieces to make a sleeper sofa. The storage under every seat is plus, and I finally have a place to store my winter blanket collection. For the price I definitely recommend buying this couch, and I would buy again in a heart beat.

Not worth the money.
This couch is basicslly just fine. Pretty stiff, and the removable cushions create too shallow of a sitting space. The pieces do fit together well and move around easily. The reclining backs are a nice feature, but on the sides is extremely annoying – you’ll have to get used to not leaning on it as you pass by. I do regret spending this much, though, and think should be priced at about half what it is.

Great Sofa with storage
We got this sofa for the storage aspect and because it was blue. We wanted a blue couch and were having trouble finding one at our local furniture stores. Also this sofa is modular. This means that we can arrange it any way we wish. We’re getting older so it’s nice that we can disconnect parts of the sofa to better move it for cleaning. The fabric is soft and wipes clean with a damp wash cloth. The cushion is firm and supportive which is nice because I dislike sinking into my couch. My Toddler enjoys adjusting the arm rest back and lounging for nap time. Putting this together was not an issue. Each piece took less than 15 minutes to assemble. We got 9 boxes total to make this sofa. The sofa comes mostly assembled all you need to do is screw in the sofa back with and put the 4 feet on. Then use 2 brackets to attach a to another module. We had one issue where the a foot was damaged. We contacted belffin service and they replaced the foot within a week. This is great customer service should a problem happen. We are completely happy with this purchase.

Not bad
If you are looking for a starter couch, or a couch that will be with you for a bit, this is a good couch.Pros:- easy to assemble- comfortable- deep seats- storage- accurate color (green)- reclinesCons:- not all of my recliners work- the backs of the couches are short. This is not a lounging couch or a couch for a house, this is a couch for an apartment, and for short periods of time use because you cannot slouch in it.- pet fur clings to it- harder to cleanOverall: I like it, and it suits my living style, but I know that other peoples living styles may not suit this couch. Don’t get this couch if you live in a house, not an apartment or condo.

Just what we wanted
I looked around for a couch for a home theater area in our basement. Our old couch tended to be too soft, and I felt like I sat “in” it rather than on it. I also wanted flexibility in how to configure it. Storage was a great bonus too. This couch checks all of the boxes.I am reasonably handy, so it was easy to carry the pieces to my basement (about 50lbs per box) and assemble it. The flexibility of the setup is cool too. For instance, the seat on the far left in the picture is not locked in, so I can easily slide it out as a spare seat during the holidays. Same with the two ottomans. I also left off the armrest on that left side for this reason. I think it also makes it easier to use the side table.During delivery, FedEx damaged the box for one of the ottomans. I reported it and sent pictures. The manufacturer shipped overnight a replacement. Very fast response and really easy to deal.Using the couch is great for me. It is definitely on the firm side but will soften with use. The back height has been mentioned, but it is an issue for my wife and me. The couch sits against two walls, and I think may be an advantage for this issue. Overall very satisfied with it.

Great product and company
The couch is great very stable and easy to put together. It looks perfect just like the pictures. It’s comfortable and soft. More than that I had ordered incorrectly and had some delivery trouble. I needed to return just one section. I went back and forth through email with the seller. They responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. I would order from them again. I never write reviews but they were so great as well as the product I had to.

I love this couch!
This couch is so awesome. I love it.ProsStorage in every part. Super easy to put together. Each part is interchangeable – the arms and backs are the same. The ottoman and seats are the same! It was so important and helpful to be able to rearrange my living room and try different ways as more of my furniture came in. It’s nice to be able to lay the back down at different angles, especially since the couch isn’t very deep. Laying the backs makes the depth more comfortable. Comfortable pillows! Easy to order each piece. The seller was AMAZING to work with, sent a replacement super fast when I had an issue.ConsThe color is hard to nail down – it’s darker than the listing photos but lighter than the review photos. I am posting the photo most like it Isnin person. It’s not emerald but it’s not hunter green.This is the big one – the backs and sides lay down by pushing forward or back. They don’t lock in place. If you’ve got a sectional where one part of the couch is not against a wall, then it’s easy to accidentally lean, sit, or push against a wobbly back/side.I have a rental so this last point is gonna be a pain point and I’m worried it will get broken easily with normal use.

I love this sofa!
I have been wanting a sectional sofa for a long time and searched high and low to find a sofa that had clean lines with no extra fluff and reasonably priced. I had never purchased a large item like this off of Amazon, so I was skeptical and carefully read each review and question on Amazon; I also read the company’s page from beginning to end including the watching the videos.I decided on the blue U-shaped sectional with six seats. I also bought two extra armrest and two extra pillows. (one of the armrest is not shown in my L-shape configuration photo, it will be used later when I decide to make two separate sofas).I was impressed by the storage under each seat and the back/armrests that recline, but most of all the versatility of the seat configuration. You can change the seating arrangement from left arm to right arm, U-shape, L-shape, with an ottoman (or not), two separate 3 seat sofas, or a four seat sofa and a love seat… or a single chair. Each one can stand alone without it looking like it should be attached.It took about a week to be delivered, it actually arrived two days early. Each seat arrives in a separate box with the pillow and legs stored in the chair. The armrests come in separate boxes. This is great for elevator buildings, smaller doorways or tight stairways! Each box is approximately 50 lbs.It was easy to put together by myself. Just screw on the legs, screw the brackets to the back/armrest and hook it on the seat. There is a metal bracket under each seat to secure the back/armrest.Each seat then connects with two metal brackets that you push into two predrilled holes under the cushion (so it’s out of sight). To change the configuration, just pull the two brackets out and move the seat. It’s really simple.The material is soft, it feels like micro suede, but it’s velvet. The cushions are firm, but not brick hard. The legs are hard plastic.The seats are not as deep (back to front) as my old sofa, but it’s enough to sit comfortably. This is not major, especially with all of the pros this sofa has. The price was great for all that this sofa offers.I’ve only had it for a week, so I hope it holds up for a long time.Another thing that I like, is that if needed, it’s easy to replace a section without buying a whole new sofa!A set of legs was missing from my shipment; however, I informed the company’s customer service. They were very responsive and sent the legs by FedEx in two days. I would recommend this sofa.In the photos, I first set it up L-shaped, right arm…. then I tured it to an L-shaped left arm, and separated the chair.

Surprisingly happy with this couch
This is by far the most I’ve ever spent on a piece of furniture. I searched all over online and visited about five-six furniture stores. This seemed to be just what I wanted for my space and hesitated for a few weeks due to the images here of other people’s couches that make the cushions look like wrinkled garbage. I got the couch in at least seven different boxes over several days. The very last piece was the wrong color (blue, not grey as I ordered). Belfin was really good about checking into it and sending me a new piece. It’s easy to assemble (for me) and I like the stiffness of the couch itself. I have a bad back and soft furniture kills me. The pillows are definitely softer than the couch itself, but I still like it. I was also very skeptical about the adjustable backs and armrests, thinking they might be simply prone to failing. So far, so good. If anything, I wish the backs were about 3-4 inches taller. My kid loves the storage space, but it seems a bit trivial to me. Overall, I think I lucked out ordering a couch that I never got to see in person before it arrived. I like it, my son and girlfriend love it. Couch win.I’d include a pic but I’m still getting the living room fitted with other furniture. Maybe later…

Great couch – easy set up
We searched forever to find a couch to fit our space and are very happy with this one. The modular system allows for flexibility in design and makes it very easy to put together – every piece is either a back/arm or a base cushion. It took longer to unpack everything than it did to assemble. My husband and I worked together, but an able bodied person should have no problem lifting the boxes and assembling by themselves if I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that there is only a very faint “factory smell” after unpacking which I am sure will dissipate soon. The backs are very low since they double as armrests, but the back pillows come up a bit higher and my 6’3 husband does not seem to mind the shorter backs. Fabric is soft and cushions are firm, but in an almost memory foam way. One of the feet was punctured by one of the SIX screwdrivers that come with the hardware, but there are extra feet so not an issue. Hope this couch holds up!

Functional for now
I wanted to wait a solid couple months before reviewing to see if anything changed. The couch got delivered in several boxes with relatively easy instructions. I had help and it took a couple hours to set it up. Overall I am pleased.Likes: I appreciate the modular design and the weight of the sofa – I can slide it easily across my hardwood floor for cleaning or rearranging. Also, it doesn’t pick up dirt/spots very easily, and I have a slobbery dog who always puts his mouth on the cushions. It’s easy to vacuum.Dislikes: The back cushions aren’t sewn on or attached in any way so they do fall over if people are getting up or sitting down. The width of the seat leaves much to be desired. One person can lay semi comfortably but you definitely can’t spoon or lay side by side – too narrow. The couch is not very plush. It’s comfortable enough but you don’t sink into it.

Good couch, great customer service!
This is a great couch option for parents! I like the idea that if one section gets damaged (because kids are kids) that you can replace that module rather than eventually having to purchase a whole new couch. I love the storage- it is every moms dream! With three kids we always had tons of toys on the floor, throw blankets and always had to have not eye appeasing solutions to store all of it. Now this couch has storage under each seat so we were able to get rid of our throw blanket ladder, and the toy box we had in the living room!When we got the couch in we immediately fell in love. It’s definitely more emerald green (like the stock photo) than my camera shows. It is comfortable, cleans easily so far.We have movie night with the kids every week and we love that the modules are super easy to move- we turn our sectional into a huge bed and it fits all three kids and my husband and I perfectly for family movie nights! We did have to order two more modules because we decided we needed wanted it to cover the whole wall, one module came damaged from the shipper (we assume because the box was damage on arrival and where box was damaged was where the fabric was torn) I contacted the email provided on the box and was immediately taken care of! Great customer service! Overall we are so happy with the purchase. Will try and come back and update as time passes to see how well they hold up!

I have gotten so much use out of my first purchase of this item I bought a second. For someone like me who likes to rearrange while cleaning, for those that need extra storage, or just a back up place to sleep, this item has it all. Overall a great product

Great couch with some room for improvement
Very easy to assemble, looks good and is pretty comfortable. Two of my seat pieces seem to have been drilled wrong so I can’t connect an arm rest to them. Belffin sent me a replacement arm rest to see if that would fix it (obviously it wouldn’t since the problem is with the seat) and offered to send a replacement seat afterwards but I just put them in the middle so I didn’t have to worry about it.The modular design is awesome. When friends come over I can make a long lounge chair for each of us, rearrange it into a bed, make a bunch of individual seats, etc.I really wish they made a non-reclining arm rest or reworked the mechanics behind it to not wiggle as much. It makes the arm rests feel cheap/broken when you try to put weight on it and it folds in.

Best purchase I have ever made!!
Getting a new couch was something I put off for a LONG time. I had my reservations about buying a piece of furniture that I’ll be using every day online without seeing in person, but the reviews were good and I didn’t want to get a full couch up my stairs so I gave it a shot!It came in a bunch of boxes, each weighing about 40-50 lbs. Instructions and tools come in most of the boxes since they mix and match the pieces. Set up is incredibly easy- after you’ve done 1 or 2 you don’t need them anymore. You have little brackets that you can use to lock the pieces together or you can leave them loose to move the couch pieces around.Couch is VERY comfortable, and looks really good in the home. There is room for 3 people and my 2 large cats to all comfortably sprawl out with no problem. Every arm is adjustable with 3 settings so you can set them for whatever angle is best for you and easily adjust as you need.It does have a lot of static at first but that wears off after a few days. The cat hair mostly sits on top so we can easily pick off the clumps or run a lint roller over it every few days to keep it clean. One of my cats likes to claw the side but I’m not seeing any marks, either it’s sturdy or just blends in really well lol!! Very pet friendly.Material is a soft velvet, very comfortable. At the price, I would recommend this couch to anyone. I could move it myself, it is so comfortable and customizable! It also has storage under each of the cushions which I use for blankets. 10/10 purchase.

Amazing
This couch is amazing. The color is so beautiful and rich. I am amazed how comfortable it is. I had so many issues with ordering a couch on Wayfair I decided to Just go with amazon and I’m so glad I did. I love how interchangeable it is and all the storage. Super easy to put together and great customer service. It arrives in multiple boxes so only one box came the first day, I had to contact customer service and they provided all the tracking numbers and emailed me back quickly. The other 8 boxes came the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this couch. I am sooo happy with it.

UPDATE: I can’t rave about this couch enough!! If you have kids get it, everything just wipes off! Daughter has spilled milk, juice and it doesn’t soak in right away, just wipes right off. She wrote on it with crayons and it just wipes off. Plus insane storage. Just do itHighly recommend!!!Pros:1. Sooo much storage!! Each seat is a storage ottoman, super spacious, we throw all our babies toys in there, great for families with kids2. It’s almost water resistant. We’ve had several small water spills and it just pools on top for quick wipe. Been super easy to wipe and keep clean3. Super easy to put together and let’s you rearrange the set up as much as you like.4. They’re FIRM but super comfy5. Amazing customer service from this companyCons:I wish seats were deeper. It’s ok when we have 2 deep but just one isn’t as comfortable for lounging.If you’re looking for modular couch this is a really good one. Let’s see how it holds up over time.

Practical, comfortable and stylish
Hesitant like everyone else to buy a couch on Amazon but so happy I did. The sectional was easy to put together and easy to move around. We love how large it is and how we can lounge as a family on it. ALL the ottomans open up for storage which is my favorite feature as it allows us to hide toys, throws and all other things you use daily. The couch itself is firm but the material is soft which I prefer feels like it will last longer. I would by this couch again and again!

Love it so far
We love our modular sofa and so far loving the functionally and look of it. The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows & a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for Belffin. Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amazed on how flexible and comfortable it is and can’t wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive modular sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which we’re hoping will hold up for many years given it isn’t really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. It’s a modular sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design & staging business with design & spacial versatility in mind. If it holds up well in a year, we’ll definitely be considering adding these pieces to our inventory. Thanks for an amazing product and really hoping it’ll serve us for so many years to come. Not just for play rooms.
I read a lot of reviews of people saying they used this in their family/play rooms, which made me nervous. Last time I bought a “play room” couch it was very uncomfortable and cheap. Which I guess is the point. You want something sturdy and replaceable when you’re getting furniture for children, I guess. This was neither of those things. It doesn’t look or feel cheap, it adds so much storage to my tiny apartment, and it’s very comfy. I snuggle up on it almost everyday for a little after dinner netflix. I’ve used it as a guest bed several times and have passed out on it myself. It is a comfortable couch. My sister says the cushions are a little narrow. I agree with that. You really need to put two of the sections together for lounging. It’s great for seating when I have people over for games or activities though.

I have trouble with how many stars to give some products I review on Amazon. So many people encounter 1 issue with a product and drop it to 1 star. This makes me feel that if I’m happy with my purchase, I should give it 5 stars.For this Belffin modular sectional, if I was grading it against every modular sectional out there, I’d give it 4 to 4.5 stars. The biggie in this industry (“Loves…omething) is better. BUT….even with 35% off as a Black Friday holiday special, that industry leader is 3x the price of this Belffin, and that means that Belffin is beating the heck out of the big name when it comes to value. So that’s what gets it to 5 for me. 1/3rd the competitors sale price, and still darn good quality.And customer service was excellent. Right in the product description, it says “May be delivered in multiple shipments” or something like that, but it still threw me off when 4 boxes arrived on one day and the order on Amazon showed as “Delivered”. In my opinion, it’s not delivered until it’s all here. This might be an Amazon problem with not having a status option for “1 of 2 deliveries complete” or something like that. But an email to Belffin cleared it up in less than 12 hours, providing the tracking #’s of the items still to arrive and when to expect them.I may follow up on this in a few months. We’ll see at that point.

Great sectional for small spaces!
My living room is small and the layout choices are limited. I’m so happy I chose this sectional, it looks great and is comfortable.I had a couch that was soft before, which hurt my back and was difficult to get up from. 🧓🏼 This one is firm but feels sooo good!It was shipped out quick in multiple boxes and the company emailed all tracking numbers. Fed Ex brought them all to my door in this crazy Chicago winter weather. Thank you!!

Love this couch!
I was super skeptical about purchasing furniture online without seeing it in person, but the reviews made me pull the plug. First, this couch is huge and the boxes they come in are huge, so be prepared! But, we LOVE this couch! It’s big enough to fit our family and then some! Movie night has definitely improved. The seats are firm but not in an uncomfortable way, they’re the perfect firmness for comfort. The storage is a major plus! The extra ottoman makes for a perfect corner lounge seat for curling up with a book or watch a movie. The seats aren’t that deep when the backs are fully upright, but it still sits comfortably. With the back reclined it’s even better! The back cushions are really comfortable! Only downside is when putting it together, a leg was broken when arrived and some of the parts didn’t quite match up to set up correctly. Pet hair and any type of lint will stick to this couch like a magnet, but a simple swipe of the vacuum and it removes easily. Do not regret my purchase and will end up buying another ottoman!

So happy with this couch
I searched for months before deciding to purchase this couch because it just seemed too good to be true. A lot of time green couches are either teal or light green in real life and the photos show dark. I was afraid this would be the same. It was not. The color is perfectly dark green. It’s soft and firm but not too firm. I can sleep on it and everyone raves about how beautiful it is. In addition, I was worried the seats would be too shallow because I like to sit cross legged on a chair but it wasn’t. I honestly have no complaints. It puts together relatively easy. I laughed that all 8 boxes came with a screwdriver haha. I am going to give them out as party favors at my NYE party Lol. All in all, a fantastic purchase. Will update if something happens down the road.

Modular sofa
Pros: well made, very easy to assemble, love that each seat has storage underneath.Con’s: Back is too short especially for people 6’ or taller. You almost feel as if you’re sliding forward.Even though the sofa is comfortable and firm, it’s not great for “lounging “ I find the arm rests a bit hard. if you are simply sitting with feet on the floor, it’s wonderful. I prefer to sit on a recliner. My son & friends enjoy laying on it with tons of pillows & gaming or watching movies. Overall, it was a good purchase

I love this couch – versatile, easy to create many variations
I have to admit before I bought this couch I was extremely skeptical. I’m pretty sure that I spent over three months, just looking at couches. My husband had to resort to sitting in one chair in the living room before I finally took the plunge and ordered this. The first time I ordered this was actually on Wayfair, and after the couch came, we were so in love with it, that we decided to buy more pieces and ordered this couch from Amazon !First of all, I was really concerned that it was not comfortable, but it turned out to be very very comfortable! It’s firm, but not so firm that it’s not comfortable to sit or lay on. I would consider it to be the absolute perfect firmness.Second of all, I was really concerned that the seats were not deep enough. When I opened the first box and created one piece, I thought I was gonna be shipping the entire thing back. However, as I started putting the pieces together and creating an actual couch, I realized that the possibilities are endless and the couch is a miracle of engineering!We did have a small issue with our Amazon order when one of the legs arrived broken but I have to say that the customer service is probably the best that I have ever had on Amazon!! They were amazingly responsive, and made sure that they tracked all of the packages that were shipped separately, as well as shipping us replacement, legs!All in all, I would say 10 out of 10 for comfort, 10 out of 10 for versatility, 20 out of 10 for customer service!I will be buying more pieces in the future and recommending this to all my friends and family!

Great modular couch!
I love this little couch. It can easily be transformed to fit whatever space you’re in. The velvet is also nice and comfy to sit on. 5 stars as well for their customer service. I received a scratched one and they sent me another with no issues. I will be buying more to place in other rooms!

I ordered the L Shaped Couch with Storage 4-seat Convertible Sofa – Grey. I will say it’s not your typical “grey”. It’s more of a stone, taupe type color. I would not call this grey. But that’s just my own personal opinion. (Still loooove the couch) I have it mostly covered anyways due to animals. Ok let me first start by talking about the delivery. The first delivery was 2 boxes and I slightly freaked out because Amazon only provides you with one tracking number. I immediately reached out to the company and they provided me with the other tracking numbers. There are 5 or 6 tracking numbers I believe. You will receive a total of 6 boxes. At least this is the case for the L-shape, the other configurations may vary. The couch is completely modular, so each piece can be moved and constructed how you see fit. I have moved around the ottomans in different ways but ultimately settled on having a longer chaise. You will receive 5 ottoman pieces. They all have storage. 4 pillows, 6 backs/armrests, they’re both the same piece. Of course a numerous amount of feet pieces too. I think it’s the perfect height. It’s absolutely so comfortable. Obviously one of the things you always worry about buying furniture online is if it’s comfortable or not. It is. Not too firm but not too plush. It’s honestly just right. Installation didn’t take TOO much time. There’s just a lot of pieces so it may take longer to get them all attached. Overall I’m so happy with this couch.

Long review but this sectional is absolutely awesome
Having never done so, was very apprehensive to make such a major piece of furniture & purchase amount online.Kept researching, measuring, reading details, options, reviews, so actually had it sitting in wish list for months.BUT with coupon discount already available in listing, once AMAZON offered such a GREAT lightning deal too, we finally decided to go ahead and order. Just in time for the holidays AND now, so glad we did !!9 large boxes shipped quickly & arrived all at once. FEDEX delivery was excellent..did not stack but neatly lined up boxes side by side. No damage at all to boxes OR any pieces inside.Packaging of each unit in a spunbond type of fabric “bag” made it easy to lift each pre-assembled storage base up & out of box. So each box wouldn’t have to be sliced or “torn” open (just in case of return). And by pre-assembled I mean each “storage” base already had the spring hardware inside installed & ready to flip open. Yay !Assembly of the “backs” does take a bit of time & some muscle, but you only have to use a phillips head screwdriver. And multiples are provided!The first back was a bit tricky to attach to its base, but once lined up right & you get the hang of it, found they fit in quite easily & tightly thereafter.The metal hardware & concept to secure each base together to keep them from sliding apart upon sitting is so much more clever & sturdy than any other design we have dealt with on sectionals before AND are hidden from view once secured.We purchased a set of 8 flip-open modules w/ backs & attached to each other… plus 1 backless “ottoman” base unattached to any others so that we can move it around freely to accomodate whichever way we like, when we like. The arrangement options are awesome & the storage in each base is most definitely a plus.Cushions & back pillows have piping for a nice finished touch & will hold shape much better than end seams just sewn together.Also the cushions need some time to decompress & “rise”. I read in reviews that some people didn’t do this & if you sit on it before doing so you will feel like the cushions are too soft & sinking. But once you let it expand properly, we found the seats to be firm yet soft & comfortable to sit on, recline, or lie down.Last but not least, we chose black velvet fabric & it really is VELVET. A very nice surprise. It’s not a pseudo-type of velvet, so it’s a deep rich black color AND unlike other one-way pile velvets or faux suede velvets, (which we have had in the past) with 2 cats, have found their fur wipes off easily, just as was advertised.So our experience thus far has been extremely pleasant & positive. We have no idea how long or how well it will hold up but are very very pleased with this purchase.

Great quality and versatile, I love it!
I replaced an old living room furniture set for this one. The reviews helped me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase online. We received all 7 boxes in one shipment, bringing came within 4-5 days after I placed the order (and this is during the holidays). We love the rich blue, velvet fabric. It was easy to assemble, I was able to do it myself. I have configured the setup a couple different ways as it is easy to move this around and change the layout. Everything seems well built and durable. The cushions are thick and dense, I will check back in a few months to see how they are holding up. My husband and I around 5’6” and the seat depth and height was perfect. I love all the storage that comes under each seat cushion. This helps to keep my living room looking organized. The only negative thing I can think of is the furniture sits too close to the floor for my roomba to get underneath. If this bugs me I can get a small riser to put under each foot. It just needs to be an 1” higher off the floor and the roomba could get under it.

The BEST modular sofa especially for the price!
I’m in LOVE with this couch! I previously had a modern leather sectional that was never really comfortable. When it started peeling I decided it was time to replace it. My requirements were something modern, modular, comfortable, affordable, and good quality. I went to several furniture stores and websites but couldn’t find “the one.” I checked out the popular, overpriced cardboard like sectional we all heard of and was not impressed. I loved the feeling of some of the cloud style couches but they looked too frumpy to me. Then…I found The Belffin! This couch was a gamer changer. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and sophistication. Plus, it has storage and reclining backrests!!! What more could a girl ask for? This set would be like 10K if it was the love “couch.” Anyway, the product arrived in record time with straightforward instructions and all the tools you need to assemble it. This literally came with a real screwdriver for each ottoman (a good one too). If this isn’t thoughtful I don’t know what is. Honestly, I think it’s a cost savings opportunity for the seller, but the thought is certainly appreciated. The couch itself is good quality and comfortable to sit and sleep on. The material is soft but resilient as I have two poms who still sneak on my couch from time to time leaving drool and pawprints behind. However, I’ve been able to get them up with ease using only a damp rag. It’s very easy to configure this couch to suit your needs even for someone who’s 125 lbs. Right now I’m digging the pit style but I can change it whenever I like which is the beauty of it.Also, if you’re looking for this same ginormous set I recommend starting with ASIN: B0B5X73TTR. I wish I saw this configuration first because you save some money buying in bulk.Overall I’m very happy with this couch. If you’re contemplating about buying this, I would say it’s time to pull the trigger. You’ll thank me later.

ProsAssembled it by myself in one evening (significant for someone who struggles with this type of thing). There are so many different configurations – you’ll find something that works for your space. Very good design in that sense. Seatbacks can also function as armrests. It will be a great (and comfortable) sleeping option for overnight guests.Depending on which set you buy, this can stand alone for a living room. I was also going to buy a recliner but I’m glad I did not. This (I got the U shape large set) is sufficient. At least consider buying it alone first before deciding to add other pieces.Lots of storage space.ConsI wish the cushions were attached/affixed to the seat backs somehow to avoid them moving around so much. On the other hand, having them not affixed adds to the versatility of assembly options.The black is not as dark as I would have liked. It’s more of a dull black that the rich velvet that I was hoping for.I also wonder why there needs to be an identical manual and screwdriver in every one of the 9 boxes. Seems wasteful and not necessary.OverallHappy with this sectional, considering the convenience of buying online, ease of assembly, and variety of layout options.UPDATE: Have had this unit for a little under 2 months now. Two of the arm rests (which can also be used as seat backs) have become loose and won’t stay upright at 90 degrees. So need to place these against a wall. We are careful not to lean back too much on the ones that re still good so they don’t get loose. Annoying but it is what it is

Best Couch Off Amazon
So firstly, this was my first big purchase off of amazon. As you can see, I got the biggest size, the L shaped to include the futon portion that is up against the couch, and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The velvet is soft, and very easy to get pet hair off of (I have two shiba inu’s that shed year round). Not only that, but by myself I was able to not only move but set the couch together by myself in an hour and a half. They also include a full set of parts and tools, to include extra parts if lost. The couch is a little hard at first, but the more it is sat on, the comfier it gets! I am absolutely in love with the green, as it perfectly matches the green in the photo! Its very easy to move around and change the shape to whatever you want. With my couch, I could make a love seat, three seat couch and an additional 1 seat chair. I love that! Once put together, its very easy to just pull apart and put however you want. It’s very sturdy and holds lots of guests including myself, 200+ pd husband and two dogs with not a single creak. It also came in perfect condition. I super recommend!!

Great customer service, great product!
I purchased the U-shape Sofa 2 in grey, plus an extra ottoman and 2 more cushions. I am old, have arthritis all over, and I was looking for modular pieces for my small house with backs that didn’t come up too high because these pieces are on walls with windows, and I didn’t want the view obstructed. All I can say is perfect. Perfect. I am 5’4″ and the seats are just the right height and depth; I don’t feel like Edith Ann sitting in her rocking chair. The cushions are also nicely firm for my badly arthritic back, not too soft and not too hard.Deliveries happened over a couple days and one of the FedEx guys even brought everything up my front steps and put the modules into my front hallway for me. I used a 4-wheel dolly and “slid” the other modules myself, which might not work for steeper outdoor steps and old arthritic backs like mine. Hardest part of assembly was wrassling with all the packaging.All the arms/backs recline and return w/no problem, bend inwards first, then push outward to the desired angle. To return to upright, just slowly pull back to its original upright position until it “clicks” at the desired angle or upright. I watched a couple videos before assembling and took the advice to put the backs/sides on before connecting the modules and I’m glad I did. Plus, I now have 7 really nice screwdrivers that have the flathead at one end and the Phillips head at the other end.Beautiful soft gray color, comfortable seating. I will be using this for more a conversation grouping and didn’t want theater-style recliners, but it’s also fine for TV night. Love the storage and also the fact that I can use it for a spare bed when relatives visit.One of the holes that the leg screws into on the ottoman had a flaw – the outer rim of the opening wasn’t aligned with the hole in the frame, so the leg screw wouldn’t fit. No worries – Belffin sent me a new frame right away and I set it up with no problem.Great product, you can’t beat this price for this quality, and Belffin’s customer service is top-notch. I would buy from them again.

Obsessed with this couch!
I was very skeptical about this couch. The velvet look didn’t seem very appealing in some pictures. The price seemed almost too reasonable, and I was concerned about buying a modular and the quality. I don’t leave many reviews but the quality and comfort of this couch way surpassed my expectations! It atroved sooner than expected. It is extremely comfortable! It looks fantastic,and the velvet is actually much better quality than I expected. The storage space is amazing. My entire family looooves themis couch. Fantastic for a big family. I will be adding more pieces and purchasing from this company again!

Low expectations completely unwarranted.
I expected this sofa to be cheaply made. I expected it to be uncomfortable. I expected the upholstery to be junk. The only reason I bought it was because it’s modular and I liked the idea of being able to reconfigure.I was wrong on every count. It’s very well made. Everything went together easily. It’s very comfortable. It’s the right size (so many other modulars are oversized – great if you have massive square footage, otherwise useless). It’s very well made, sturdy, and went together in no time at all. Dog hair brushes off the upholstery like it was never there.It won’t all arrive on the same day, as they said, but it all came within three days, and because it’s modular there’s no individual box so large that a normal person can’t handle it.Good product. Good experience. Would I do it again? I already ordered an extra chair and back to make a loveseat out of the left over chair from this set. Brilliant.

This sofa was a great buy, but it is not perfect…
I want to start off by saying that I absolutely adore this sofa! I have had it for about a month now, so I figured I could leave a review with some of the pros and cons of this sofa.This sofa is very VERY firm compared to my last sofa. I was pretty concerned when I first sat on it, but after a week or so I got used to it. Now I find the sofa incredibly cozy, and I enjoy lounging on it to watch TV.I love that each piece is seperate. It makes changing the layout very convenient, but keep in mind that you really need to put the sofa exactly where you want it before connecting the pieces. Once it’s connected, it’s nearly impossible to move it without the pieces getting a little wonky.When putting the pieces together, I found that all of the legs did not fit the same. Some of them are very loose bc if I screwed them in tightly, they would not touch the floor. Another issue I see a lot of others also had is that some of the holes do not line up when connecting the pieces. I really had to squeeze some of the pieces together to get the connecters in. It took a lot of force, but I was able to attach all of the pieces. I would recommend having someone push the pieces together while you connect them if you have someone who can help you.One of the main reasons I purchased this sofa was because so many people said that pet hair was easy to remove and cats don’t leave claw marks on it. While there is truth to both of these statements, I wouldn’t call this sofa pet friendly. I have a Golden Retriever, a long-haired cat, and a short-haired cat. This sofa collects pet hair like I’ve never seen before, and it shows every single hair. I have to vacuum this sofa multiple times a day, and if my dog has been on the sofa, it’s nearly a 30 minute process to get all of his hair off. It does vacuum off rather easily, but it is time consuming. My last sofa didn’t collect dog hair like this, so it has been an adjustment.As for the cat claw marks, my cats have had zero interest in scratching this sofa. One of the biggest reasons I got rid of the last one is that they had scratched the corners to the point of stuffing coming out. Though they don’t intentionally scratch the sofa, the do unintentionally scratch it while running across it, or playing on it. The fabic does not snag, however; if the cats dig their claws into it, it shows. You can see all of the claw marks from my cats playing. If your cat is declawed or they don’t play very much, I doubt this will be a problem for you. Unfortunately my newest cat is still just a kitten so he is all over the place, lol. I will say that after a month of use, there are so many scratch marks that they kinda just blend in with the texture of the velvet.Overall I love the sofa, but it isn’t perfect. I do think it was worth the money. It looks and feels expensive and the storage and versatility are unmatched.Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to cover everything! I will update again after I’ve had the sofa for a while.

Amazing company!!
To be clear, I do not write reviews unless I have had a great experience or a poor enough experience to inform others to stay away. In the 15 plus years of using Amazon, I have written no more than five reviews and today I will be writing about Belffin. For those who do not want to read my experience further, I will immediately state that if you are on the fence about working with this company, then have no fear, as Belffin’s customer support, professionalism, efficiency of solving problems, and ensuring that their customers are treated better than any other entity is second to none. Never have I interacted with a company with such remarkable customer support. Read on for my full experience review.As a recently retired active duty servicemember, I always felt that my integrity and trustworthiness was unmatched. I was proven wrong by Belffin when my family and I were not able to keep the couches that they sent to us. Full Disclosure: I chose to buy Belffin couches unseen, and only trusting the reviews that I read regarding the modular couches we wanted. When one of the couches arrived, we opened it and set it up, which was so simple to construct that we were surprised as to how fast assembly went. Unfortunately, when my son and I sat on it, the back of the couch was too low for us. My son is a swimmer and is six feet and two inches tall and I am a bit taller and we were not able to lean back while sitting down, comfortably. When we both tried to lay down on the couch, our shoulders hung over the edge. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the couches and wanted to keep them, but they understood that my son and I would not fit on them and would not be practical for our family. This was in no way Belffin’s fault as their website absolutely and correctly informs their customers of the exact sizes of all their products. This was completely my fault at purchasing them and I am fully to blame for these couches not working out with us. When I requested a return and refund, Belffin was duly concerned at the quality of their product and very concerned with my “dissatisfaction”. After some initial questions and assuredness that they did not cause me to be unhappy with their service, they instantaneously starting to work the situation for me. They obtained the return shipping labels for me, emailed them to me and I attached them to all the boxes that I desired to return. This was at great expense to Belffin. During this entire time, they constantly kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” of me having to deal with returning the items. I was stunned at this as most other companies would display a form of disgust with these types of situations. This was NOT the case with Belffin. Additionally, Belffin requested that I inform them when I completed the shipping return of the items so that they could track the progress. The moment that I sent them all the tracking numbers, they reimbursed me immediately for every single penny that I had already paid, without even ensuring that I returned the items in question. They trusted me to send the correct items back without even verifying them and reimbursed me. I have never heard of this or experienced this type of trust with any company in my life. When this occurred, I literally sat at my desk for a few minutes realizing that Belffin did not care about the money for an instant and I realized that at no time during this process did I even care about or ever feel like I was never going to be reimbursed. That feeling made me question my belief that no one person or thing could be more honest and truthful with as much integrity as myself. I truly believed that nothing could match my integrity until I experienced this situation with Belffin. I am here to say that Belffin is an amazing company and that whatever system they have for training their employees for customer support and being fair and honest is the exact process that every single company should emulate.Lastly, I did not write this review as a favor to anyone, especially Belffin. However, my experience was such a pleasure that I felt a strong desire to share how amazing this company is to those of you that may have any trepidation working with this organization, and I want to ensure you that my experience was outstanding.
